Our small business gas and electricity customers are supplied energy at fixed prices to keep them running. We also offer 100% renewable electricity. No hard sell. No-fuss. Just great prices for our customers.

Water - Find out more

Water
Same water, lower costs. Our business water customers have saved over £37 million compared to standard rates. No wonder more than 55,000 small businesses have already switched to us. It’s easy for our customers to join us too. No fees. No disruption. Just lower bills to keep their business flowing.

Broadband
We make things simple for our small business customers. Our full fibre broadband is designed for each individual business need. So whether they are a bar in Belfast or an accountancy in Aberdeen, we match their needs with the right broadband package. Not just that but for customers switching from their current provider, If they incur any charge, we'll give them up to £300 to soften the blow. Great service, no hassle.

Mobile
We provide our small business customers with mobile services through the award-winning O2 network. They have a choice of the latest mobiles, with 5G SIM and Wi-Fi calling enabled. Not only that, they can keep their current number and get unlimited packages at a great price.

Insurance - Find out more

Insurance
We offer our customers a brokerage service with our award-winning specialist business insurance team. Putting customers first, so they can choose the best policy for their business from a panel of insurers. Our small business customers are prepared for the unexpected with insurance arranged by us.

Card Payments - Find out more

Card Payments
We find our customers the right payment processing package at a great price. We partner with Worldpay to ensure our customers are using the latest, safest, speediest processing service. If their current provider charges them to leave them, we credit them up to £1,000 to soften the blow.

IS09001

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do. Importantly they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement. This leads to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed to ensure progress is being maintained.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 was first introduced in 1996 as a British Standard. It requires organisations to have an environmental policy and action plan in place to manage their impact on the environment. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement. They are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained. Our independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau, accredited by UKAS.

Our giving back movement

We’re committed to growing our social impact, and our dedicated Giving Back Movement (a collection of colleagues from different areas across our business) drives our corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental and sustainability initiatives. It also provides all colleagues with the opportunity to support local communities through fundraising or volunteering. We even take this a step further with our Matched Funding pledge, which matches all donations raised, and offering our colleagues one paid day of volunteering each year. 

We’re on a mission to support the communities we live and work within and to give something back. From our white-collar charity boxing matches, bake-offs and Christmas jumper days, to sponsoring local football teams we want to get involved and do our bit to help.
